Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, most EU countries, and some Asian regions.

What are your shipping details?

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 USD. Processing takes 1-4 working days. Handmade items out of stock may take 7 working days. Shipping time varies, the average time is 5-12 working days. During holidays, this time may be longer.
Confirmation email with tracking number will be provided. Please refer to Shipping Policy for more details.

How long does the order take to arrive?

If the item is in stock, generally it will be delivered in 5-12 working days excluding processing time.
If the item is out of stock, allowing 2-7 business days before your order is processed and shipped.
Customized items may take longer time over 7 business days to process.

Can I track my order?

Sometimes it may take a few days for the tracking system to be updated, so please check it later.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of receiving the item, in original condition with tags and packaging. Contact us at info@thenaturalbunny.com for instructions.

Damaged or missing items must be reported within 5 days. All Earrings, Gift Cards, handmade, customized, and sale items are non-returnable.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days.

What payment methods can you accept?

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Union pay. We also support PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

How do I use a promotional code/gift card?

If you’ve received a promotion code or gift card code for the online shop, you can input this on the checkout page in the order process. Simply apply the code in the field at checkout, and the total amount of your order will be recalculated.

Do you have options for non pierced ears?

Yes. We offer clip-on earrings and ear cuffs in store for non pierced or allergenic ears.

Some of our silver needles stud earrings could be converted to clips with earring converters. Please contact us about the specific stud earrings.

How do I care for my jewelry?

To ensure your jewelry in best situation, we advise to keep your accessories away from water, lotions/creams, perfume, sweat and other liquids. If your piece gets wet, wipe it dry.

Store your piece in your pouch or a sealable bag.

If your piece oxidizes/tarnishes, you can use a jewelry polishing cloth.
